ANESTHESIOLOGIST

Start Date: November 16
Contract: Ongoing
Setting: Hospital

SCHEDULE

✓ Full-time coverage – approximately 40 hours per week
✓ Day shifts with rotating call coverage
✓ Schedule may vary week to week
✓ Option for 5×8-hour shifts or 2×8-hour shifts plus one 24-hour shift
✓ Providers should expect to work both scheduling patterns during the month

PRACTICE DETAILS

✓ Adult patient population only
✓ No pediatrics
✓ Approximately 10 patients per day
✓ EPIC EMR
✓ 76-bed hospital
✓ 4 ORs, Labor & Delivery, and Cath Lab
✓ Support staff includes CRNAs and Anesthesia Technicians

REQUIRED SKILLS

✓ Proficient with regional blocks for orthopedic cases
✓ Minimum 1 year of experience

REQUIREMENTS

✓ Board Certified or Board Eligible in Anesthesiology
✓ Active Pennsylvania Medical License
✓ DEA required
✓ ACLS required

CREDENTIALING

✓ Standard credentialing timeframe: approximately 90 days
✓ Temporary privileges may be available for providers with a clean file
