Schedule & Call Structure
• Day Shift:
o 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
• Backup Call:
o 3:00 PM – 7:00 AM (every night during on weeks)
• Rotation:
o 2 weeks on / 2 weeks off
• Providers must be comfortable with regular backup call responsibilities

• General Surgery
• Endoscopy
• OB (~450 deliveries/year)
• Orthopedics (including some spine)
• Urology
• Gynecology
• Podiatry
• Cardiac cases (~380/year, Cath Lab & TEE)

• Acute care hospital setting
• 4 ORs
• 1 CV room
• 4 providers on during daytime hours
• Care team model with MDs and CRNAs
• Bread and butter community hospital workflow with cardiac exposure

Skills Required
• Proficient with:
o Spinals
o Regional blocks
o Epidurals
• Case logs required to demonstrate competency

Requirements
• Board Certified Anesthesiologist
• Active Rhode Island license required
• RI CSR & DEA required
• BLS, ACLS, PALS required
• Clean background and malpractice history strongly preferred
