Any supervision: MD and CRNA practice

Types of cases required: General, endoscopy, OB (~450 deliveries), orthopedics (some spines), urology, gynecology, podiatry, and cardiac (~380/year cath lab and TEE).

Spinals, Blocks, Epidurals - must be proficient: Yes - proof of epidurals, spinals and blocks

Caselogs required: Yes

Number of providers during the day: 4

Number of OR's: 4

Number of CV Room: 1
