Schedule: Monday through Friday; 6:30 am - 4:30/5:00 pm
Job Setting: Hospital
Types of Cases: Heads, Pediatrics, Regional Blocks, Obstetrics, Orthopedics, Gynecology, and Pain
Credentialing Timeframe: 2 months
Electronic Medical Record (EMR): Epic
Board Certification, Active Tennessee State License, Basic Life Support, Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support, Pediatric Advanced Life Support, CSR/DEA required

• M-F, 6:30am-4:30/5:00pm
• No call
• Must be comfortable with all cases at a Level I trauma center—the only exception they can make is hearts; this is a very busy facility so they must be comfortable with that and not struggle with EMR.
