Cases: Endo/GI, Ortho, General, ENT, Urology, Vascular, Radiology, Cardiology, GYN, OB, Neuro/spine

Cross-credentialing: Yes, required at 1 other facility
EMR: Epic

*Travel stipend given by facility
*Malpractice covered by AMN
