Job description

• Shift Type: 10-hour shifts Mon-Fri to start; 24-hour weekend shifts (Facility schedules 7a–4p on weekends)
• Night Coverage: 1 MDA works nights 5p–7a (post-call day off); open to candidates interested in nights only
• Call: Nights and weekends required (1:6 rotation)
• In-House Coverage: Physician does own cases on call only; in-house CRNA for OB; additional CRNA on backup call
• Trauma Level: Level 3
• NICU Level: Level 3
• Practice Model: Care Team (Max 1:4 Ratio)
• Facility Beds: 148
• Cases (2024 Breakdown): Outpatient 4,481; Inpatient 1,468; Endo 2,656; EP 427; Cath Lab 48; General Surgery 1,890; Ortho 1,275 (No Spine); Podiatry 689; GYN 560; ENT 450; Neuro 255; Urology 382; Pain 194; Vascular 173; Plastics 44; Colorectal 29; ~2,000 OB deliveries
• ORs & POS: 6 OR, 1 Cath, 2 GI, 1 OB (10 POS total)
• OB Requirements: CRNA in-house 24/7; additional CRNA on backup call
• Accreditations: Advanced Primary Stroke Center, Certified Chest Pain Center
• EMR/EHR System: Epic
• Credentialing Timeframe: 60–90 days
