Anesthesiologist Needed in the Dallas–Fort Worth Region of North Texas
Start Date: April 2026
Contract Length: 13 weeks; potential ongoing need

Schedule

Day shift
5 shifts/week
Typical schedule:

Mon–Fri 6:30 AM–4:30 PM
Wednesdays 7:30 AM–5:30 PM


Guaranteed 50 hours/week
No call
10–12 hour shifts only
Option for 2 weeks on / 2 weeks off (up to two providers)
Schedule generated 90 days in advance


Practice Details

Acute care hospital environment
Supervision model: MD supervising CRNAs (1:2–1:4)
Mix of supervision + hands‑on cases
No hearts, no heads, no pediatrics, no major chest cases
General surgery focus; minimal trauma; ENT as applicable
Charting system varies by department


Clinical Scope
Case types include:

General surgery
ENT
Minimal trauma
No cardiac
No neuro
No pediatrics
No major thoracic cases


Requirements

Physician – Anesthesiology
Board Certified or Board Eligible
Active Texas license required (no licensing offered)
DEA required
Minimum experience consistent with independent practice in a hospital setting
Ability to work full schedule dates listed (opens required to submit)
Local providers prioritized


Credentialing

Estimated timeframe: 30–45 days
Standard hospital onboarding required


Location
Dallas–Fort Worth region of North Texas — hospital setting located in an adjacent community hub.
