• May 12, 13, 15 (Tues, Wed, Fri)
• May 25–29 (Mon–Fri)
• Jun 1–5 (Mon–Fri)
• Jun 9–12 (Tues–Fri)
• Jun 16–19 (Tues–Fri)
• Jun 29–30 (Mon–Tues)
• July/Ongoing
Schedule: 7a–3p
No call, weekends, or holidays
Cases: ENT, General, Ortho/Pod, Pain, Endo, Uro, Gyn, Spine, Bariatrics (No OB)
Setting: 4 ORs, fast-paced (ASC attached to hospital)
Model: MD-only
Requirements: Active TX license
Credentialing: ~2 weeks possible
Rate: $325/hr + mileage & lodging (negotiable)
