Length: 3–6 months with option to extend
Credentialing: 60–90 days

Schedule
Monday–Friday, 5x8-hour day shifts
No call, no weekends
Full-time coverage, predictable schedule

Cases & Practice Model
Medical direction model
Bread-and-butter case mix with general, ortho, GYN, spine, urology, GI, minor vascular, and breast surgery – plenty of variety without high-acuity stress
Comfortable performing regional blocks and spinals
