# Anesthesiologist Needed for Locum Tenens Coverage at Hospital in Fort Worth, Texas
A hospital in Fort Worth, Texas is seeking a Board-Certified Anesthesiologist for a full-time locum tenens assignment beginning September 2026.
**The assignment details are as follows:**
* Start Date: September 14, 2026
* Duration: 3–6 months with the possibility of extension
* Credentialing: Approximately 60–90 days
* Schedule: Monday–Friday, 5x8-hour shifts
* No Call Required
* No Weekend Coverage
* Full-Time Coverage Needed
**Practice Setting**
* Medical Direction Model
* 9 Operating Rooms
* Approximately 3 Anesthesiologists and 10 CRNAs working daily
* Collaborative anesthesia team environment
**Case Types Include**
* Orthopedics
* General Surgery
* Gynecologic Surgery
* Orthopedic Spine
* Urology
* Gastroenterology
* Minor Vascular Procedures
* Breast Surgery
**Exclusions**
* No Pediatric Cases
* No Cardiac Cases
* No Cranial/Neurosurgical Cases
Candidates must be comfortable performing regional blocks and spinal anesthesia.
**EMR:** Epic
**Requirements**
* Board Certified in Anesthesiology
* Active Texas Medical License
* ACLS Certification
* BLS Certification
* Previous experience preferred
* Clean malpractice history preferred; providers with prior issues may be considered on a case-by-case basis
**Travel & Lodging**
Travel and lodging assistance will be considered based on provider needs and assignment requirements.
