6-month contract
Monday-Friday
5 x 8-hour shifts
No call
No weekends
Minimum 2-week coverage commitment

Dental

Radiology
Neurosurgery (Head & Spine)

Practice Details:

Providers perform their own cases
EMR: Epic

Requirements:

Board Certified Pediatric Anesthesiologist
Pediatric Anesthesiology Fellowship Required
Active Texas license
Minimum 2 years of experience
BLS & PALS
Must provide case logs demonstrating:
At least 15 neonatal cases (under 28 days old)
At least 75 pediatric cases (29 days to 1 year old) within the past 12 months

Additional Details:

Credentialing: Approximately 30–60 days
Temporary privileges may be available
Travel & Lodging provided for qualifying providers
$425 - If provider lives within 60 miles of this worksite.
$455 - If provider lives outside 60 miles of this worksite. Proof of address on Driver's License will be required.
