Anesthesiologist – Texas

Coverage: Full-time

Schedule:
- Day shifts: 8 or 10 hours
- Typical hours: 8a–4p
- Weeknight pager call preferred
- Weekend pager call preferred
- Must be willing to rotate between 4 hospitals in the Austin area

Setting:
- Acute care hospital system
- 26 anesthesia rooms at the primary location
- iPro charting system
- Mix of hospital-based anesthesia and medical direction
Practice Model:
- Medical direction of CRNAs and CAAs
- 1:4 supervision ratio
- Anesthesiologists also perform their own cases

Cases:
- General anesthesia
- Orthopedics
- Neurological surgery
- OB anesthesia
- Neuraxial anesthesia
- Regional anesthesia
