Job description

Ongoing 4-10 hour days per week: 7am-5pm; provider has to work 2 weeks a month to be considered. No Call
Hospital Setting
Mostly orthopedic, general surgery, and ENT (ears, nose, and throat) cases.
OR Anesthesia, working solo or supervision of Residents and APPs
EMR: Epic
Credentialing timeframe: 30 to 60 days
