Aya Locums is seeking an Anesthesiologist to provide ongoing coverage at a respected facility in Virginia. This opportunity offers a diverse caseload, flexible shift options, and meaningful involvement in both scheduled and call-based care—ideal for clinicians who thrive in a dynamic, collaborative environment.

Assignment Details
• Start Date: January 5, 2026 (credentialing available for providers able to start by this date)
• Coverage Window: January 1 – June 30, 2026
• Contract Length: Ongoing, within the listed coverage period
• Schedule: 8-, 10-, and 12-hour shifts depending on team needs
• Call Requirements: Must be open to weeknight and/or weekend call (1:14 rotation)
• Shift Example: Standard Day – 10 hours (8:00–17:00)

• Specialty: Anesthesiology
• Skills Needed:
o General Anesthesia
o Cardiac Cath Lab support
o Spinal, Epidural, and Regional Anesthesia
o Ventilation management
o Central and/or arterial line placement
• Caseload Includes:
o General Cases: Adults (required), Pediatrics (preferred)
o Obstetrics
o Neurosurgical (Spine)
o Complex Vascular (non–open heart)
o Complex Orthopedic
• Not Required:
o Open Heart Anesthesia
o Thoracic Cases
o Pain Management Procedures
o PA Catheter
• Support Team: Comprehensive anesthesia care team

Requirements
• License: Active Virginia medical license
o Priority license option is available if all requirements are met
