• Assignment: Ongoing, start ASAP

• Cases: General, Ortho, OB, Neuro, Urology, GYN, Endo, Ophthalmology
• Specialty Required: General
• Board Certification/Fellowship: Required
• Willing to Accept Candidates Needing State License: Yes
• Site Charting System: Epic
• Number of Anesthesia Rooms: 10
• MD Supervision of CRNAs: Yes
• MD to CRNA Ratio: 1 to 4
• MDs Doing Own Cases: Yes
• Other Notes: Usually supervising CRNAs, some cases may be done by MD
• Accelerated Privileges: Temporary 30–60 days
• Credentialing: 30 days
