• Assignment: Ongoing, start ASAP
• Shift Type: 8-hour
• Regular Hours: Preferred
• In-House Call: Required
• Weeknight On Call (Pager): Required
• Weekend On Call (Pager): Required
• Overtime: Not expected
• Cases: Pediatrics, Endoscopy, Cataracts
• Board Certification: Required
• Licensure: VA preferred; will consider candidates needing state license
• Charting System: Epic
• Number of Anesthesia Rooms: 2
• Supervision: MDs not supervising CRNAs
• MDs doing own cases: Yes
• Notes: 2-site ASC, low-risk procedures
• Credentialing: 90 days
