Schedule & Coverage
• Day Shifts: 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM (multiple weekly blocks)
• Coverage Blocks:
○ May 18–22
○ June 8–12
○ June 29–July 3
○ July 20–24

Facility Details
• Facility Type: Acute Care Hospital
• OR Rooms: 4
• Charting System: Epic
• Supervision Model: MDs do their own cases (no CRNA supervision model noted)
• Clinical Intensity: Low-acuity site, no ICU and no high-risk emergent cases


Case Mix
• General anesthesia
• Orthopedics
• Urology
• Regional anesthesia (must be proficient)
