Start Date: ASAP
Schedule Options:
• 8, 10, and 12-hour shifts available
• Schedule based on team needs
• Must be open to weeknight and/or weekend call
• Call ratio: 1:10
Assignment Details:
• General anesthesia cases
• Adult patients required; pediatric experience preferred
• Cardiac Cath Lab coverage
• Spinal anesthesia
• Epidural anesthesia
• Regional anesthesia
• Obstetrical cases
• Neurosurgical spine cases
• Complex vascular cases (excluding open heart)
• Complex orthopedic cases
• Ventilation management
• Central and arterial line placement
Practice Setting:
• Physician-led anesthesia team
• Diverse case mix across multiple specialties
EMR:
• To be discussed during interview
Requirements:
• Board Certified or Board Eligible Anesthesiologist
• Active Virginia license preferred
• Experience with general anesthesia and regional techniques
• Comfortable taking weeknight and/or weekend call
• Adult anesthesia experience required
• Pediatric anesthesia experience preferred
