The surgical case mix includes cardiovascular, general surgery, orthopedic, oncology, gastroenterology, vascular, and pediatric procedures; OB, trauma, neuro-craniotomy, and cardiac surgery cases are excluded. Call coverage is negotiable and structured as beeper call with a 30-minute callback requirement; weekend call assistance is welcomed but not required, and callback volume is low. Board certification is required for all clinicians considered for this role, and full-time availability is preferred.
