About the clinician's workday

Clinicians in this role will provide anesthesia services during day shifts at an operating room facility in Racine, Wisconsin, with in-house call required. Call is structured at a 1:9 ratio, with clinicians averaging four first calls per month and three to four backup calls per month, including weeknight in-house coverage. OB cases are required, and the position operates as solo cases under a physician supervision model with 50% hands-on MD involvement. All clinical documentation must be completed using the EPIC EMR system. Board certification and prescriptive authority are required for all clinicians considered for this role.
