Therapy Manager, Licensed Psychologist (PhD/PsyD)
Location: White Plains, NY (Onsite + Virtual)

Brightline is seeking a full-time Therapy Manager to provide both in-person and virtual care at our Westchester/White Plains clinic. This role blends clinical leadership with direct care and offers the opportunity to mentor a growing multidisciplinary team while maintaining an active pediatric caseload.

What You’ll Do

People Leadership & Clinical Oversight (~20%)

Provide mentorship and clinical consultation to licensed therapists and psychologists

Conduct weekly 1:1s focused on fidelity to evidence-based practices (CBT with exposure/ERP, PMT, DBT, ACT, TFCBT, BA, HRT)

Review documentation and support quality of care

Lead case consultation and support differential diagnostics

Partner with leadership to support team growth and performance

Clinical Care (~80%)

Maintain an active caseload (~24 bookable hours/week under the starting model)

Conduct comprehensive diagnostic evaluations

Deliver evidence-based treatment for anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma, and related concerns

Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team using measurement-based care

What You’ll Bring

PhD or PsyD in Clinical Psychology

Active, unrestricted NY Psychologist license

8+ years of clinical experience

Experience supervising or managing licensed clinicians

Strong pediatric diagnostic and evidence-based treatment expertise

Ability to provide care onsite in White Plains and virtually

Compensation & Benefits

Salary range: $126,000–$154,000, based on experience and internal equity.
