Locum APP
◊ FTE’s needed: 1
◊ Dates of Coverage: Mach/April start for 6 months
◊ Shifts/Schedule: Mon-Fri 8am-4:30pm
◊ Call: None
◊ Setting: Both Inpatient and Outpatient
◊ Patient demographics: Adults
◊ PPD/Census: 14-16
◊ Procedures Required: Electrophysiology Cardiology Rounding and admissions
◊ Required clinical activity in the last 24 months (case logs): NOT REQUIRED AT PRESENTASTION: They must have 12 months of clinical practice within the ARNP area of specialization within the past five (5) years or graduation from and accredited program within the past (12) months.
◊ EMR: EPIC
