Job description

Electrophysiology NP needed in Arizona:
Start Date: As soon as credentialed
Contract Length: Flexible
Schedule: 3-4 weeks per month, clinic only, 8a-5p
Job Details: Follow-ups, post-ops, post-device checks, same day appointments and procedure follow-ups
· Patient Population/Age: adult
· Minimum Experience Required: 1 year working in EP

Arizona License NOT Required (We can help license you!)
Credentialing Timeframe: 30 - 60 days
Medical malpractice insurance, travel, and lodging provided
