Electrophysiology NP/PA Needed in Flagstaff, AZ:
Start Date: As soon as credentialed
Contract Length: 3 months ongoing
Shift Details: clinic only, 8a-5p with 1 hour lunch
Work Details:
· Support Staff: EP physician
· Amount of Coverage Needed per Month: 3-4 weeks per month
· Patients per day: 14
· Patient Population/Age: adult
· Department Description: Very busy department needing someone to see follow-ups, post-ops, post-device checks, same day appointments and procedure follow-ups and get us caught up on our backlog of patients
· EMR: Cerner
· Skills Required: Ample experience with electrophysiology
Practice Setting:
• Clinic
Requirements:
· Board Certification: NP or PA cert required
· License Required: active AZ preferred, will look at licensing
· DEA: required
· Minimum Experience Required: 1 year working in EP
Credentialing Timeframe: 30-60 days
