We are seeking an Electrophysiology NP/PA for an ongoing assignment in Flagstaff, AZ.

Assignment Details:
• Specialty: Electrophysiology APP
• Start Date: ASAP
• Contract Length: Ongoing
• Shift Details: Clinic only, 8a-5p
• Schedule: 3-4 weeks per month
• Practice Setting: Clinic
• Support Staff: EP physician
• Patients per day: 14
• Patient Population/Age: Adult
• Department Description: Very busy department needing someone to see follow-ups, post-ops, post-device checks, same day appointments, procedure follow-ups, and help with backlog of patients
• EMR: Cerner
• Credentialing Timeframe: 30-60 days

Requirements:
• Board Certification: NP or PA cert required
• License Required: Active AZ preferred, willing to license
• DEA: Required
• Minimum Experience Required: 1 year working in EP
