Job description

Electrophysiology APP locum opportunity in Flagstaff, AZ available. This is a clinic-based role with ongoing coverage needs in a busy EP practice.

Schedule:
• Start: June 2026
• Ongoing assignment
• Monday – Friday
• 8:00am – 5:00pm
• 3–4 weeks per month preferred
• No call

Practice:
• Outpatient electrophysiology clinic
• ~14 patients per day
• Adult patient population
• Focus on follow-ups, post-ops, device checks, same-day visits, and procedure follow-ups
• EMR: Cerner

Requirements:
• Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
• Active AZ license preferred (willing to license)
• DEA required
• Minimum 1 year of electrophysiology experience required

Credentialing:
• Approximately 30–60 days
