Cardiology - EP
• Is this Interventional Cardiology? Non-Invasive? No
• Is this Clinic or Hospital work? Clinic
• What is the typical schedule? 5-8s or 4-10s. 30-minute visits
• Shift times: 4-10's 7a-5p or 5-8s 8a-4p
• Call involved? No
• Number of patients per shift: 12-16 depending on hours

• Reason for Coverage: maternity leave
• Dates of Coverage: 11/30/26-3/21/27

Practice Description:
o Setting (IP/OP): OP
o Daily Responsibilities: Clinic patients and inbox. 30-minute visits. Mix of acute established patients, regular established follow ups and hospital follow ups
o Shifts/Schedule Expectations (ex. Monday – Friday, 8a-5p etc.): M-F 8a-4p or 4-10s 7a-5p
o Call Schedule/Responsibilities (Define Schedule, Time To Return, Average # of Calls etc.): No call
o PPD/Census: 12-16
o Number of Providers Per Shift & Support Staff: dedicated MA/LPN/RN. RN support with messages. Multiple physicians and APPs in office.
o Procedures Required/Preferred: No
