Locum Tenens Opportunity – Seaside, OR

**Start Date:** December 2026
**Assignment Length:** 13 weeks with ongoing coverage potential
**Setting:** Outpatient
**Coverage:** Scheduled clinical hours only – **no call**

Schedule

* Monday–Wednesday
* **3x12-hour shifts**
* 7:00 AM–7:00 PM

Assignment Details

* Approximately **12 patients per shift**
* 1 provider needed
* EMR: **Epic**
* Trauma Level I

Requirements

* Active **Oregon license required**
* DEA required
* ACLS
* BLS
* Credentialing: Approximately **90 days**
