PA – Cardiac Electrophysiology – Locum Tenens – Morgantown, WV Area

Job description

A well-established hospital in the Morgantown, WV area is seeking a Physician Assistant for a 3-month Cardiac Electrophysiology locum tenens assignment (maternity leave coverage). Coverage starts July 27th, with full-time Monday-Friday hours from 7am-5pm.

Day-to-day responsibilities include assisting with consults (approximately 20 per day), consents, MRI device programming, tilt table tests, and supporting roughly 6 outpatient procedures per day. The facility is a Level IV Trauma Center with 189 beds, serving patients of all ages. The role works alongside 3 ER physicians. EMR: Cerner.

Requirements: Board Certification required, state license required, DEA required. Required certifications: BLS, ACLS. Credentialing timeframe: approximately 60 days. The hospital is willing to license the right candidate.

Compensation includes Sign up or sign in for contact informationx normal rate after 10 hours per day, and holiday Sign up or sign in for contact informationx. Travel package: full travel paid via Morgantown Municipal Airport (MGW). Hotel cap $180/night, rental car cap $65/day, flight cap $800.
