Electrophysiology Locum Opportunity in Arizona

Job description

We're seeking a board-certified or board-eligible Electrophysiologist for a locum opportunity starting December 29, 2025, with ongoing needs through 2026. This is a dynamic opportunity to provide both clinic and hospital-based coverage alongside an experienced team.

🩺 Position Highlights
EP Case Volume: 4–6 cases/day + 3–4 hospital consults, clinic sees 20–22 adult patients/day

Advanced Procedures: Must perform ablations, TEEs, and moderate sedation independently; experience with Abbott Ensite-X Mapping System required

Schedule: Start December 29–January 2, plus 1–2 weeks/month in 2026; shifts are 7a–5p with a 1-hour lunch

Setting: Mix of hospital (Cath Lab) and outpatient clinic

EMR: Cerner

Hospital Size: 268 beds

Patient Population: Adult only

✅ Requirements
AZ License (or willing to obtain), DEA with AZ registration, ACLS, and minimum 100 EP cases in past 2 years with ablation experience

Credentialing: approx. 30 days
