Aya Locums is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Cardiac Electrophysiologist for an ongoing locum assignment in Arizona, starting December 29. This opportunity includes a mix of hospital consults and EP lab procedures with consistent dates scheduled through August 2026.

Assignment Details:

Start Date: December 29, 2025

Contract Length: Ongoing

Shift: 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM (1-hour lunch)

Scheduled Dates:

Dec 29–Jan 2

Jan 12–16, Mar 2–6, Mar 16–20, Mar 23–27

Apr 13–17, Apr 27–May 1, May 26–29

Jun 8–12, Jun 15–19, Jul 6–10

Aug 10–14, Aug 17–21

Setting: Hospital & In-Office Clinic

Patients: 20–22 clinic patients/day + 3–4 hospital consults/day

EP Lab: 4–6 cases/day depending on case length

EMR: Cerner

Hospital Size: 268 beds

Technology: Abbott Ensite-X Mapping System (must be proficient)

Requirements:

Board Certified/Board Eligible in Cardiac Electrophysiology

Active or Eligible Arizona License (ok to license)

DEA (AZ Registered)

ACLS Certification Required

Minimum 1 Year of Experience

Must Show 100 EP Cases in Past 2 Years (focus on ablations)

Comfortable performing moderate sedation and TEEs

Credentialing Timeframe: ~30 Days
