Electrophysiologist – Flagstaff, AZ

Job description

Schedule: Mon–Fri, 7a–5p (1-hr lunch)
Start: December | Contract: Locum | Cred: ~30 days

Details:

Mix of hospital & clinic (268-bed facility)

Clinic: ~20–22 adult pts/day

Consults: 3–4/day | EP cases: 4–6/day

EMR: Cerner

Must handle moderate sedation independently


Skills/Procedures:

Cardiac EP – ablations, rhythm management

100+ EP cases in past 2 yrs (logs required)

Abbott Ensite-X Mapping, TEE experience


Requirements:

BC/BE Electrophysiology

AZ license (or open to license)

DEA (AZ), ACLS, 1+ yr experience
