7a–5p with 1-hour lunch

Practice Setting:
Hospital and clinic-based


Work Details:

Clinic volume: 20–22 adult patients/day

Hospital consults: 3–4 per day

EP lab cases: 4–6 per day (depending on case length)

Hospital size: 268 beds

EMR: Cerner

Must be comfortable providing moderate sedation independently

Required Procedures: Cardiac electrophysiology with a focus on ablations

TEEs required


Requirements:

Board Certified or Board Eligible in Cardiology/Electrophysiology

Active AZ license or willing to obtain

DEA (AZ registered) required

ACLS required

Minimum 1 year of EP experience

Credentialing: ~30 days

• Cath Lab will be hospital consults 3-4 per day, plus EP cases 4-6 a day depending on case length.
