Exciting locum tenens opportunity for an Electrophysiologist in Arizona, combine clinic and hospital consults with cutting-edge EP procedures.

Contract Length: Ongoing
Location: Flagstaff, Arizona
Practice Setting: Hospital & In-Office Clinic

👩‍⚕️ Work Details
- Clinic Volume: 20–22 adult patients/day
- Hospital Consults: 3–4 per day
- EP Cases: 4–6 per day (depending on case length)
- Department: Cath Lab + hospital consults
- EMR: Cerner
- Hospital Size: 268 beds
- Support Staff: TBD

🩺 Procedures & Skills
- Cardiac electrophysiology with focus on heart rhythm disturbances
- Ablations
- Moderate sedation
- TEEs

✅ Requirements
- Board Status: BC or BE in Electrophysiology
- License: Arizona medical license (or ability to obtain)
- DEA: Arizona registration required
- CSR: Not required
- Certifications: ACLS required
- Experience: Minimum 1 year in EP practice

📋 Credentialing
- Timeframe: 30 days
