Shift: 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM (1-hour lunch)

Practice Setting: Hospital & In-Office Clinic
Support Staff: Unknown
Amount of Monthly Coverage: Weeks listed above
Patients per Day: 20–22 (clinic)
Hospital Consults: 3–4 per day (Cath Lab)
EP Cases: 4–6 per day depending on case length
Patient Population: Adults
Hospital Bed Size: 268
Department Focus: Cardiac electrophysiology, heart rhythm disturbances
Special Procedures:
Ablations (must show 100 EP cases in past 2 years; emphasis on ablations)
TEE
Moderate sedation (must perform independently)
Technology: Abbott Ensite-X Mapping System (must be proficient)
EMR: Cerner
Requirements
Board Certification: BC/BE required
State License: AZ license required; will consider candidates needing to obtain one
DEA: AZ-registered DEA required
CSR: Not required
Certifications: ACLS
Minimum Experience: 1 year
Skills Required: Ablations, TEE, EP procedures, moderate sedation
