Electrophysiologist Needed in AZ:
Start Date: As soon as credentialed
Contract Length:
Mar 16-20
Apr 13-17
Schedule: 7a-5pm with 1 hour lunch
Work details:
• Patients per day: Clinic 20-22 patients
• Patient Population/Age: adult
• Department Description: Cath Lab will be hospital consults 3-4 per day, plus EP cases 4-6 a day depending on case length.
• Hospital Bed size: 268
• Special Procedures: cardiac electrophysiology; specifically, heart rhythm disturbances, Ablations, Must be comfortable doing moderate sedation and TEEs

AZ License Required (We can help license you)
Credentialing Timeframe: 60-90 days
Medical malpractice insurance, travel, and lodging provided
