A facility in Flagstaff, Arizona is seeking a board-certified or board-eligible Electrophysiologist for ongoing locum tenens coverage. This is a great opportunity for providers looking for consistent, pre-scheduled coverage blocks in a scenic, high-demand location.

Ongoing Coverage – Specific Dates Needed:
May 26–29
June 8–12, June 15–19, June 29–July 3
July 6–10, July 20–24
August 31–September 4
September 14–18, September 21–25, September 28–October 2
October 5–9, October 13–16 (excluding Columbus Day)
November 2–6, November 23–25 (excluding Thanksgiving)
November 30–December 4
December 21–24 (excluding Christmas Day), December 28–31
Schedule: 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM (1-hour lunch)
Setting: Mix of hospital-based cath lab and outpatient clinic
Clinical Details:
Patient Volume:
Clinic: 20–22 patients per day
Hospital consults: 3–4 per day
EP cases: 4–6 per day (depending on case complexity)
Patient Population: Adult
EMR: Cerner
Facility: 268-bed hospital
Procedures & Requirements:
Focus on cardiac electrophysiology and heart rhythm management
Ablations required
Experience with TEE and moderate sedation (independent) required
Must be comfortable using Abbott EnSite X Mapping System
Requirements:
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Electrophysiology
Arizona license (or willingness to obtain)
Active AZ DEA
ACLS certification required
Minimum 1 year of experience
Credentialing:
Approx. 30-day credentialing timeframe
