Assignment Details:
• Start Date: July 2026
• Contract Length: 13 weeks
• Schedule: 7:00a–5:00p; multiple week-long coverage blocks from July through December 2026
• Practice Setting: Hospital and In-Office Clinic
• Case Mix: Adult electrophysiology patients; clinic volume of 20–22 patients per day, hospital consults, and EP procedures including ablations, TEEs, and moderate sedation
• EMR: Cerner

Requirements:
• State License: Arizona (willing to license)
• Certifications: Board Certified or Board Eligible Electrophysiology, ACLS, DEA
• Minimum 1 year of experience
