Overview

Aya Locums is seeking a Board-Certified/Board-Eligible Cardiac Electrophysiologist for multiple scheduled coverage blocks in Flagstaff, AZ. This opportunity combines outpatient clinic, inpatient consults, and a busy electrophysiology lab with advanced mapping technology.

August 17–21
October 5–9
November 23–25 (Thanksgiving holiday excluded)
December 21–24 (Christmas Day excluded)
December 28–31
Schedule
Monday–Friday
7:00 AM–5:00 PM
One-hour lunch
Practice Details
Hospital and outpatient clinic
Approximately 20–22 clinic patients daily
3–4 inpatient consults daily
4–6 EP procedures daily
268-bed hospital
Cerner EMR
Required Experience
Cardiac electrophysiology
Complex ablations
TEEs
Moderate sedation
Abbott EnSite™ X Mapping System
Documentation of 100 EP cases within the last two years, including ablations
Requirements
Board Certified or Board Eligible
Active Arizona license or willing to obtain
Arizona DEA
ACLS
Minimum one year of experience
Credentialing
Approximately 30 days
