Physician - Internal Medicine - Clinical Cardiac Electrophysiology

Job Details:

• EP call coverage only, no clinic time required
• Coverage based at HSHS St. John's Hospital in Springfield, IL
• 1-week per month coverage model preferred, running 6a-6a
• Patient volume varies based on hospital census and need for EP services
• Coverage needed for the following dates:
• 9/28 - 10/5, 6a-6a
• 10/26 - 11/2, 6a-6a
• 11/16 - 11/23, 6a-6a
• 12/14 - 12/21, 6a-6a
• 1/25 - 2/1, 6a-6a
• 2/15 - 2/22, 6a-6a
• 3/29 - 4/5, 6a-6a
• 4/26 - 5/3, 6a-6a
• 5/10 - 5/17, 6a-6a
• Active Illinois medical license required
• ABLS, ACLS, and BLS certifications required
• Fellowship training required (Level 3)
• Credentialing timeframe approximately 30 days
• Candidates must complete fillable risk questions and NPDB form upon bid submission
• Availability for a phone interview with the physician leader is required
