EP Cardiologist opportunity available in Indianapolis, IN
Start Date: As soon as credentialed
Assignment Length: 3 months with possible extension
Schedule: EP call coverage only
Additional Details:
- Special Procedures to be performed: Permanent Pacemaker implants
- Ablations: Atrial Fibrillation, Atrial Flutter, SVT, VT Cryoablation

Licensure: Active IN license required (assistance available if needed)
Credentialing Timeline: Approximately 60-90 days
