• Number of patients per shift: 14 x2 days per week for clinic

• Reason for Coverage: loss of full time staff
• Dates of Coverage: as soon as possible
Practice Description:
o Setting (IP/OP): both
o Daily Responsibilities: clinic, procedures, inpatient consult service and EKG interpretation
o Shifts/Schedule Expectations (ex. Monday – Friday, 8a-5p etc.): Mon-Fri 8a-5p
o Call Schedule/Responsibilities (Define Schedule, Time To Return, Average # of Calls etc.): None
o PPD/Census: 14 clinic pts 2x per week
o Number of Providers Per Shift & Support Staff: 1 APP inpatient support
o Procedures Required/Preferred: All EP procedures
o EMR: Epic
