JOB INFORMATION:
• Specialty Requested: EP
Practice Description:
• Setting (IP/OP): both
• Daily Responsibilities: clinic, procedures, inpatient consult service, and EKG interpretation
• PPD/Census: 14 clinic pts 2x per week
• Number of Providers Per Shift & Support Staff: 1 APP inpatient support
• Procedures Required/Preferred: All EP procedures
• EMR: Epic
• Certifications Required/Accepted: Board Certified Cardiology and Electrophysiology

• October start
• Scheduled + No Call
• OH license
