Oregon Cardiac Electrophysiology Locums - Two Weeks per Month

Aya Locums is working with an Oregon program seeking a Cardiac Electrophysiologist for ongoing locum coverage beginning in early 2027, with the possibility of an earlier start.

The current schedule is built around approximately two weeks of coverage per month. Coverage includes 3-4 days of outpatient EP clinic followed by adjacent weekend EP coverage. Weekend responsibilities include inpatient rounding, pacemaker implantation and cardioversion, followed by telephone/home call after the daytime coverage period.

This is not being recruited as a complex-ablation-only assignment. Additional EP lab days may be available depending on the physician's interests and procedural background.

The need is currently approved for approximately six months with the possibility of an extension. Oregon licensing can be explored and we will help with this!

I work heavily in Cardiology and would rather understand the schedule, procedural mix, call structure and compensation that make locums worthwhile for you than try to force every Electrophysiologist into the same assignment.
