• Patients per day: 16 OUT-PATIENT; 10-15 IN-PATIENT
• Patient Population/Age: 18-100
• Department Description: Electrophysiology
• EMR: EPIC
• Hospital Bed size: 270
Credentialing Timeframe: Approximately 90 Days
