About the facility

This clinic-based practice delivers cardiac electrophysiology services across 3 rotating clinic locations, all operating within an on-site outpatient model. The facility maintains the staffing and clinical structure necessary to support specialized electrophysiology procedural care. A cardiac EP nurse practitioner is available on-site to support clinical operations.

Tennessee offers a range of outdoor and water-based activities, including river cruises, kayaking, whitewater rafting, and ATV and Jeep tours through the Smoky Mountains. State parks across the region provide opportunities for nature hikes, kayak floats, and archaeological experiences. Clinicians on assignment will also find live entertainment options, including music tributes, comedy performances, and other cultural attractions throughout the state.

About the clinician's workday

The clinician will provide cardiac electrophysiology clinic coverage Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, on a schedule of 1 week per month on an ongoing basis. Responsibilities include outpatient EP procedures and EP procedural follow-up appointments across up to 3 rotating clinic locations. No call coverage is required as part of this assignment. Watchman certification is preferred but not required for this on-site locum tenens position.
