Contract Length: 3 months, ongoing
Shift Details: 8a-5p hospital service, 5p-8a on call. On call required 1:4 rotation.
Schedule: 8a-5p hospital service, 5p-8a on call. On call required 1:4 rotation.

Work Details:

Support Staff: Team consists of 7 MD’s and 3 NP/PAs, nursing staff on weekdays.
Amount of Coverage Needed per Month: Looking for 1 FT coverage, or 2 PT providers to fill 1 FTE.
Patients per Day: 10 admissions daily on average (2–7 calls/night while on call).
Patient Population/Age: Adult-Geriatric.
Department Description: Hospital service and then on call for hospital service.
EMR: EPIC.
Special Procedures: ECG/Echo.
Skills Required: ECG/Echo reading.

Requirements:

Board Certification: General Cardiology boards required (ABIM). Fellowship in Cardiovascular Disease required.
License Required: Active WI license required
DEA: Yes.
Certifications Preferred: N/A.
Certifications Required: BLS, ACLS.
Minimum Experience Required: 1–3+ years.

Credentialing Timeframe: Up to 60 days.
