Advanced Practice - Nurse Practitioner - Cardiology, Physician Assistant - Cardiology

Job Details:

• Provide inpatient and outpatient Cardiology coverage on a full-time Monday through Friday schedule
• Shift times are 8:00am - 5:00pm with a one-hour lunch break, totaling 8 guaranteed hours per day
• Full-time commitment of 35-40 hours per week required
• Approximately 12 patient encounters per shift
• Inpatient rounding experience in Cardiology within the last 2 years is required
• Active California license required - CA licensed providers only
• Board certification required; DEA required
• ACLS and BLS certifications required
• Minimum of 2 years of current hospital clinical activity in the specialty required
• Any gaps in clinical activity greater than 3 months must be explained
• Estimated credentialing timeframe is 60-90 days
• Updated CV with all hospital affiliations must be uploaded at time of presentation
• Overtime hours must be preapproved prior to working
