Opportunity:
Advanced Practice - Physician Assistant - Cardiovascular/Cardiothoracic Surgery

Job Details:
• Assist in CABG and open heart surgeries with hands-on surgical support
• Perform valve repair and replacement procedures
• Conduct EVH/vein harvesting with demonstrated independent ability
• Execute SFA exposure and sternotomy closure procedures
• Provide critical care management in cardiovascular ICU settings
• Manage pre-operative and post-operative patient care
• Handle Impella device management and support
• Perform endoscopic radial artery harvesting techniques
• Execute chest tube placement and management
• Conduct arterial and venous sheath placement procedures
• Perform central venous line placement
• Handle approximately 10 patient encounters per shift
• Must be board certified with current Tennessee medical license
• ACLS certification required
• Credentialing timeframe approximately 90 days
• Lodging available at Courtyard at 5959 Park Ave

Compensation:
Competitive hourly rates with weekly pay and malpractice included.
