The cardiology clinic operates Monday through Friday and features onsite lab and x-ray services, EPIC EHR, and an outstanding referral base serving the clinic and surrounding areas.

Opportunity:
Physician - Internal Medicine - Cardiology

Job Details:

• Board certified or board eligible internal medicine physician sought to work in an outpatient overflow cardiology clinic setting
• Join a well-supported cardiology team of 7 physicians, 8 APRNs, and full support staff
• Monday through Friday schedule with after-hours support provided through on-call services
• Utilize EPIC EHR with onsite lab and x-ray available at all clinic locations
• Preferred experience in outpatient and inpatient cardiology, including ICU
• Preferred non-invasive cardiology skills including echocardiography, TEE, nuclear cardiology, and STEMI management
• Preferred diagnostic invasive cardiology skills including PA catheter placement, IABP placement, cardiac catheterization, and heart biopsy
• Preferred interventional cardiology skills including angioplasty (PTCA), intracoronary stent placement, and atherectomy
• Preferred electrophysiology experience including cardiac ablation, permanent pacemaker placement, and implantable cardioverter defibrillator (AICD/ICD)
• APP supervision stipend available
